The terms and conditions below apply to the use of the jackandme.co.uk website, and by engaging in an order with us you are agreeing to accept said terms.

Your contract with Jack & Me
When you place an order via our website we will follow the actions detailed below:
We will take payment as soon as your card details have been processed via PAYPAL (for paypal t&c please see here).
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail informing you that we have received your order within one hour. This e-mail does not establish acceptance of your order by us.
Acceptance of your order and the establishment of the contract between you and us will take place when we dispatch your items.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will attempt to contact you to discuss alternative options within three working days.
In the unlikely event that we cannot place an order for you, any monies paid will be refunded to you as soon as possible and at the latest within 7 days.
You must agree that all information provided when you complete your order is true and accurate and that all credit / debit card details provided through the PAYPAL website are in your own name. Fraudulent use of credit / debit cards will mean that we pass your details to the relevant crime deterrence authorities for examination.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time up to the point of dispatch if we discover an error in the pricing displayed.
We accept payment via PayPal.
All credit and debit card holders are subject to authentication checks and approval by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card declines to authorise payment to us we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery.
All prices listed on jackandme.co.uk are accurate at the time the data is placed, however, we reserve the right to change the price of products at any time and to cancel an order at any time up to the point of delivery. All prices include VAT at the current UK rate.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a history of happy online customers, but should you want to return any item to us for any reason, it should be done within 14 days. You may also request a cancellation of your order at any time up to the point we prepare your order for dispatch – you can do this by telephone on +44 7880645806 or by e-mailing us through our Contact Us page.
Refunds and exchanges couldn’t be easier. Just return your goods to us, and we’ll start putting everything in hand the moment they arrive.

We strongly recommend returns are sent via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. Refunds and exchanges will be processed once we receive your return, providing the items are in an unworn, re-saleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. Make sure you ask for a proof of posting certificate or Collect+ receipt, depending on which postal service you choose. These are both available free of charge.
Please ensure you provide us with your name, address (including postcode), the product ordered and your Order ID from your confirmation e-mail.

We operate an email newsletter program, done so to inform subscribers about products and services supplied by Jack&Me. Users can subscribe through an online automated process but do so at their own discretion.
Subscriptions are taken in obedience with UK Spam Laws detailed in the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003. All details that relate to subscriptions are held securely and in agreement with the Data Protection Act 1998. No personal details are passed on to third. Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you may request a copy of personal information held about you by this website’s email newsletter program. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to the business address at the bottom of this policy.
Email marketing campaigns sent by Jack&Me may contain tracking facilities within the email set up. Subscriber activity is observed and stored in a database for future analysis and evaluation. Such activity may include; opening of emails, forwarding emails, the clicking of specific links or images within the email content, times, dates and frequency of activity and more. This information is used to improve future email campaigns and provide the user with more relevant content based around their behaviour.
